Requirements

  • •Enrollment in bachelor's or master's program in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Passion for fintech and technology
  • •Proactivity and ownership of tasks
  • •Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • •Fluency in German and English
  • •Full-time availability for minimum 3 months
  • •Experience with Linear, Figma, Webflow, JavaScript or other tech/product tools
  • •Prior experience in start-ups, consulting, or financial services

Tasks

  • •Own projects from start to finish
  • •Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams
  • •Support the full lifecycle of features
  • •Contribute to front-end UX optimizations
  • •Assist with back-end data flows and dashboards
  • •Shape product strategy through data analysis
  • •Create reports and processes to translate business goals
  • •Conduct research on competitors and market trends
  • •Present findings in clear visual formats
  • •Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams
