  • •Strong skills in MS Office, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence
  • •Structured way of working and strong analytical understanding
  • •High degree of flexibility and proactive, structured, independent work
  • •Confident communication with stakeholders in English and German

Tasks

  • •Implement internal communication activities for 1,300 international employees
  • •Prepare and align agendas for internal committees
  • •Coordinate decisions and resubmissions for committee meetings
  • •Document meeting minutes and record discussions
  • •Build the organizational structure in Confluence and Jira
  • •Manage department communication in T3 ADAS/AD
  • •Steer and track committee preparations
  • •Support the organization of the steering department
  • •Act as an interface to all necessary stakeholders
