Requirements

  • Enrolled full-time student in business administration, engineering, or economics
  • Confident handling of MS Office or Google Suite
  • First practical experience desirable
  • Business fluent in English, German desirable
  • Team player, communicative, independent way of working

Tasks

  • Support the Procurement team with Strategic Purchasing projects
  • Set up Non-Disclosure Agreements during tendering
  • Request and evaluate offers
  • Prepare selection reports
  • Assist in setting up and managing contractual agreements with suppliers
  • Develop project management skills
  • Generate project plans and establish reporting schemes
  • Analyze relevant KPIs
  • Manage risks within the procurement perimeter
  • Collaborate with strategic buyers and internal customers
  • Conduct market research and data analysis for commodity strategy updates
  • Evaluate supplier operational and strategic excellence
  • Plan and execute small improvement projects

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – is a plus
