  • Track orders and provide status updates for teams and customers
  • Resolve order-related issues, missing information, or discrepancies
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and sales for timely fulfillment
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
  • Provide administrative support for the EMEA Order Management team
