Requirements

- International expansion experience
- Outbound sales function builder/scaler
- Multi-functional team leadership (sales, AM, RevOps)
- Data-driven operator (forecasting, dashboards)
- Builder mentality, comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- 7+ years B2B SaaS commercial experience
- 2+ years Head of/VP leadership position
- Fluent English
- German language skills (plus)
- Experience in HR tech, recruitment software, or SaaS verticals
- Experience managing/collaborating with marketing
- Strong network in European SaaS ecosystem
- Preference for structured, process-heavy environment
- Desire for fully remote position
- Preference for minimal change and slower pace
- Excited about ownership, ambiguity, building from scratch

- Own revenue reporting
