- Success in leading cross-functional programs
- Strong commercial acumen
- Expertise in customer discovery and evidence-driven claims
- Clear and concise storytelling with data fluency
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Pharmacy or related field
- Domain knowledge of pharmacy automation workflows
- Experience with global product management and launch
- Familiarity with evidence generation processes in healthcare
- Agile and entrepreneurial mindset
- Corporate matrix experience
- Technical acumen across hardware/software product development
- Fluency in English; German strongly preferred
- Travel up to 20–30% for customer discovery
Tasks
- Define and communicate the multi-year product vision and strategy
- Translate customer needs into a prioritized roadmap
- Own market and user needs across the product lifecycle
- Lead next generation product development for inventory management solutions
- Engage with cross-functional teams from concept through launch
- Maintain understanding of pharmacy workflows and unmet needs
- Convert insights into differentiated value propositions
- Architect global expansion strategies and partner with regions
- Monitor competitor moves and anticipate strategic intent
- Manage sustaining enhancements and end-of-life decisions
- Identify and execute growth opportunities in software and analytics
- Drive collaborative execution and establish operating norms
- Ensure product claims and promotional materials align with procedures
