Requirements

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in organic synthesis
  • Maximum one postdoctoral research experience in academic environment
  • Excellence in organic synthesis, new reactions, methodology, multi-step synthesis, or complex molecular architectures
  • Scientific interest in new reactivity and synthetic concepts
  • Ability to conduct independent research and integrate into research group
  • Initial experience or motivation to acquire third-party funding
  • Strong organizational, communication, and mentoring skills
  • High commitment, reliability, and collaborative work ability

Tasks

  • Participate in scientific and strategic planning
  • Develop original research in organic synthesis
  • Pursue original research in organic synthesis
  • Research new organic reactivity
  • Research synthetic methodology
  • Research complex molecular architectures
  • Contribute to host research group activities
  • Co-supervise bachelor's, master's, and doctoral students
  • Provide close scientific guidance to students
  • Provide regular feedback to students
  • Provide structured mentoring in organic chemistry
  • Contribute to joint grant applications
  • Develop independent funding proposals
  • Coordinate scientific projects
  • Supervise junior researchers
  • Contribute to group organization
  • Hold courses independently
  • Hold courses in teams
  • Participate in bachelor's level teaching
  • Participate in master's level teaching
  • Deliver organic chemistry lectures
  • Conduct organic chemistry exercises
  • Lead organic chemistry laboratory courses
  • Publish research in peer-reviewed journals
  • Participate in national and international conferences
  • Participate in scientific networks
  • Contribute to a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive environment
