  • 4–6 years relevant experience in knowledge transfer, ideally in electrical household appliances or retail
  • Completed commercial/technical training or degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Sales)
  • Strong technical understanding, ability to translate complex features into simple, high-selling arguments
  • Confident demeanor, high energy, hands-on mentality
  • Strong communicator, solution-oriented, enjoys working independently
  • Proficient use of MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
  • High willingness to travel within Austria
  • Class B driver's license

Tasks

  • Develop training strategy for Austria
  • Plan and implement training measures
  • Strengthen technical and consulting expertise
  • Measure effectiveness of training measures
  • Analyze training needs using market and performance data
  • Create target-group-oriented training concepts
  • Train and coach external specialist consultants
  • Train internal sales teams and multipliers
  • Conduct training for strategic retail partners
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and events
  • Define key performance indicators
  • Evaluate knowledge transfer into daily work
  • Optimize existing training concepts
  • Support expansion of digital learning formats
  • Develop internal training platform
  • Collaborate with training management in DE/AT
  • Work with local sales and marketing
  • Support sales targets
  • Act as expert consultant at major trade fairs
