Tasks

  • Develop and maintain a sales strategy for channel sales in the industrial segment
  • Enhance market penetration in the Electrification business
  • Plan and execute the business unit's sales strategy daily
  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative goals for the assigned channel
  • Focus on order intake, revenue, growth, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, develop, and coach the channel sales organization
  • Define and implement the channel sales strategy for the Austrian market
  • Monitor progress against sales objectives
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and manage forecasting processes
  • Ensure effective communication, promotion, and training for sales partners
  • Develop policies and standards for partner evaluation and certification
  • Promote innovation, collaboration, and compliance within the team
  • Lead a motivated sales team and foster individual potential
