Requirements
- Education in electrical engineering, technical college, HTL, or master craftsman certification
- Experience in a sales leadership role within electrical engineering or industrial sector
- Entrepreneurial mindset and integrity
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with data and digital tools
- Understanding of compliance requirements and risk management
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel, primarily within the country and occasionally internationally
Tasks
- Develop and maintain a sales strategy for channel sales in the industrial segment
- Enhance market penetration in the Electrification business
- Plan and execute the business unit's sales strategy daily
- Achieve qualitative and quantitative goals for the assigned channel
- Focus on order intake, revenue, growth, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction
- Lead, develop, and coach the channel sales organization
- Define and implement the channel sales strategy for the Austrian market
- Monitor progress against sales objectives
- Conduct annual performance reviews and manage forecasting processes
- Ensure effective communication, promotion, and training for sales partners
- Develop policies and standards for partner evaluation and certification
- Promote innovation, collaboration, and compliance within the team
- Lead a motivated sales team and foster individual potential
