- Develop and monitor instructor training plans
- Liaise with Technical Services and Fleet Chiefs for simulator data
- Ensure simulators contain all required customer material
- Develop annual client course training plan and schedules
- Manage resources to meet training event requirements
- Update instructor HR profiles with compensation changes
- Create and nurture relationships with flight operations and training departments
Work Experience

Education
- Vocational certificationOR
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
