Synthetic Flight & Ground School Instructor(m/w/x)
Delivering advanced pilot training at a specialized pilot training provider, conducting pre/post flight briefings in state-of-the-art simulators and classrooms. Requirements
- EASA licence
- 1500 hours or more total multi-pilot time
- Previous instructional experience ideal but not required
- High-level English proficiency
- Keen eye for detail in training delivery
- Ability to tailor training sessions to diverse customer needs
- Basic computer proficiency
- Flexibility to commit to full-time work
- Living in commutable distance to Training Centre
- Right to live and work in Austria desirable
- Prepared to spend time outside of Austria for training
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Readiness to accept change
- Concentrated customer orientation
- Passion for mentoring and developing colleagues
Tasks
- Deliver quality client training in classroom and simulator settings
- Ensure compliance with all authorizations and qualifications
- Enhance instructor qualifications as required by the program
- Conduct pre and post flight briefings
- Recommend improvements to curriculum and course materials
- Assist the Lead Instructor with assigned duties
- Complete all paperwork and electronic records accurately and promptly
- Provide individual seat support for clients when needed
- Teach portions of initial and recurrent ground school
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Training Manager
