Requirements
- PhD or above-average M.Sc. in a scientific field related to Computational Life Sciences, AI/ML, Data Sciences
- Good knowledge in machine learning and artificial intelligence with initial experience in AI-mediated drug development
- Good knowledge and documented experience with scientific programming languages (Python, version control / GitHub)
- Additional knowledge in programming languages such as Matlab, R, Julia, C, or C++
- Ability to develop, evaluate, and apply predictive algorithms in machine learning and deep learning
- Experience with structured databases, complex biological datasets, and data pipelines
- Good understanding of molecular and cellular biology, drug design, and pharmacokinetics
- Strong interest in computer-aided methods and innovative technologies
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Great passion for science and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Proactiveness, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
