Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • •PMP or equivalent certification
  • •Proven track record in program management within digital or AI initiatives
  • •Strong understanding of emerging technologies
  • •Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • •Knowledge of AI/ML platforms, cloud technologies, and data analytics tools
  • •Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA) and GxP compliance
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • •Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans
  • •Familiarity with change management and agile methodologies
