- 3+ years experience in total rewards, compensation & benefits, or related HR function
- Combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Proactive, can-do mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Deep understanding of compensation structures, incentive design, and equity programs
- Knowledge of German employment law and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
- Fluent English and German language proficiency as a plus
- Experience in international compensation or project management
- Background in finance or controlling
Tasks
- Advise HR partners and managers on global total rewards topics
- Design compensation strategies and incentive programs
- Optimize rewards solutions to meet local market requirements
- Manage the full lifecycle of equity plans and incentives
- Calculate bonuses and handle financial accruals
- Ensure compliance and stakeholder reporting for reward programs
- Maintain data quality and reliability within Workday
- Conduct equal pay analyses and deliver strategic reporting
- Train HR teams and managers on rewards capabilities
- Create communication materials to drive transparency
- Implement automation and AI solutions for global processes
