Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- •Relevant professional experience in sales operations, incentive compensation, or territory management, preferably in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
- •Proficiency in SAP BW, HANA, Tableau, and Snowflake
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- •Thorough SQL and Python skills; Good knowledge of Salesforce data objects and understanding of Lead to Cash process
- •Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- •Ability to manage and resolve disputes effectively
- •Experience with financial reporting and discussing budgets with Finance teams
- •Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- •Experience with labor law considerations or Workers’ Council negotiations is a plus

Tasks
- •Design and optimize data-driven sales incentive plans
- •Develop and maintain equitable territory structures
- •Monitor, validate, and report sales performance KPIs
- •Investigate and resolve compensation or performance disputes
- •Partner with Data Governance to enforce data quality
- •Liaise with Commercial Reporting and Advanced Analytics teams
- •Educate and empower the sales organization through training
- •Drive continuous improvement of TMIC processes and tools
