Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • •Relevant professional experience in supply chain planning, operations, or customer service, preferably in manufacturing
  • •Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate operational data into decision-making insights
  • •Effective communication skills across departments and levels
  • •Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally BI tools like Tableau

  • •Coordinate capacity alignment between teams
  • •Translate strategic S&OP plans into short-term initiatives
  • •Prepare and facilitate weekly S&OE meetings
  • •Monitor and follow up on tasks from S&OE alignments
  • •Proactively analyze manufacturing capabilities for solutions
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • •Drive continuous improvement in S&OE processes
  • •Support the use of dashboards and tools for data visibility
