Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions
  • Ability to optimize internal and external networks
  • Successful history of net new business sales
  • Proven track record of sales overachievement in the Public Sector
  • Credibility at all levels and ability to build positive relationships
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Curiosity to join the Salesforce Ohana

Tasks

  • Sell the entire product portfolio to small and medium-sized businesses in the Public Sector CHAT in Switzerland and Austria
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by driving new opportunities
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement
  • Manage complex sales cycles and present to C-level executives
  • Conduct product demonstrations and participate in in-market events
  • Run the entire sales process to meet key performance metrics
  • Implement customer discovery and research to formalize a Go To Market strategy
  • Build qualified target account lists
  • Drive pipeline development through customer engagements and marketing campaigns
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline
  • Close business to meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings objectives
  • Position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process by engaging appropriate resources
  • Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term revenue perspective
  • Build strong relationships to create growth opportunities
  • Participate in sales enablement trainings and development programs
