Requirements
- Significant IT experience in corporate environments
- Significant Project or Program Management experience
- Significant Service Support Business experience
- Considerable Application Operation L2 experience
- Banking background or financial trade experience
- Global multi-vendor environment interaction skills
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to discuss with banking customers
- Ability to obtain results through influence
- Minimum 3 years banking-IT sector experience
- Significant Unix environment and shell scripting experience
- Application configuration and database troubleshooting experience
- Ansible playbook writing and troubleshooting experience
- Administrative experience with Qlik, Informatica, Salesforce
- Experience configuring Apache Tomcat and WSO2
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
- ITIL V3 Certification
- Project Management certification
Tasks
- Provide proactive support and troubleshoot the application portfolio
- Manage ITSM processes including incidents, problems, and changes
- Engage Global Incident Management for critical service outages
- Monitor Service-Now queues to ensure timely ticket resolution
- Identify and address recurring issues with vendors or experts
- Maintain up-to-date application documentation
- Escalate critical issues to the APS lead promptly
- Support and inform the client lead on operational matters
- Report on application performance and identify critical areas
- Document meeting minutes and track action items for leadership
