- Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog

- Experience in energy trading or trading platforms

Tasks
- Provide L1 and L2 support for data platform applications
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents
- Monitor application health, performance, and data flows
- Resolve user queries and service requests promptly
- Escalate complex issues to L3 support or developers
- Document and communicate technical issues clearly
- Manage user access and data catalog administration
- Monitor batch jobs and perform data integrity checks
- Guide business users on application functionality and best practices
- Maintain support documentation, knowledge bases, and runbooks
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Support incident and change management processes
- Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support
