Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of DP production or packaging
  • Project Management and organization skills
  • Oversight of GMPs and ICH Q-guidelines
  • Problem-solving and risk management skills
  • Excellent external stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in matrix organizations
  • Self-driven and autonomous workstyle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English, German desirable

Tasks

  • Lead site-level technology transfer activities
  • Manage scale-up and process adaptations
  • Serve as the single point of contact for transfers
  • Drive compounding and filling technology transfers
  • Oversee assembly and packaging transfers
  • Coordinate with cross-functional project teams
  • Support registration strategies and activities
  • Initiate necessary change requests for transfers
  • Manage material numbers and new material introductions
  • Assist with project planning and board reporting
  • Prepare technical documentation and transfer protocols
  • Establish local transfer procedures and templates
  • Optimize and improve product transfer processes

Work Experience

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • Master's degree

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
