Requirements

  • Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, or comparable field
  • Three years experience in GxP or GMP environments
  • Initial experience in QA, QC, or Production compliance
  • Analytical and solution‑oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Fluent German and English communication skills (C1)
  • Cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and data integrity

Tasks

  • Ensure GxP-compliant sampling of incoming materials
  • Oversee sampling areas and equipment at external warehouses
  • Manage deviation and change control processes
  • Author area-specific documents and SOPs
  • Train and support external sampler teams
  • Maintain training matrices and conduct sessions
  • Oversee room and equipment qualification for manufacturing
  • Provide QA expertise during audits and inspections
  • Execute maintenance, risk assessments, and periodic reviews
  • Harmonize GxP documentation across the organization
  • Support continuous improvement and cross-functional quality initiatives

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
