  • •Experience using CRM tools, SAP, and MS Office applications
  • •Experience with order execution of technical projects

  • •Job experience in Sales support or Order Management of technical projects
  • •Bachelor/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • •Multiple years of job experience in Pumps Sales support

Tasks

  • •Provide technical sales support to sales managers and customers
  • •Offer technical and product support to customers
  • •Prepare offers using CRM, Compono, and Configurator
  • •Manage and track international order costs and delivery times
  • •Serve as the order-specific contact from inquiry to delivery
  • •Coordinate warranty case execution with the service team
  • •Follow sales and order execution processes
