Requirements

Tasks

  • Coordinate wagon maintenance scheduling across European workshops
  • Execute maintenance activities with European workshops
  • Act as central contact for maintenance orders
  • Maintain accurate and complete maintenance documentation
  • Ensure full traceability and compliance with quality standards
  • Monitor revision progress and order status KPIs
  • Track workshop performance metrics
  • Prepare regular operational reports
  • Support audits by ensuring consistent documentation
  • Facilitate communication between workshops, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Align priorities, timelines, and service quality expectations
  • Resolve operational issues through structured coordination
  • Track operational budgets for maintenance activities
  • Control costs for maintenance activities
  • Identify process improvement and cost-efficiency opportunities

  • Bachelor's degree
