Requirements
- •Experience in Lead, Integration, or DevSecOps
- •Management of external development teams and vendors
- •Technical knowledge of APIs, SFTP, and OIDC
- •Experience with AWS services and Linux
- •Experience with security scanning and vulnerability management
- •Understanding of complex data flows and SQL
- •Experience in regulated Banking or Finance environments
- •Business fluent English and advantageous German skills

Tasks
- •Act as the technical governor for the credit cards tribe
- •Enforce engineering rigor and define vendor quality gates
- •Bridge solution architecture with actual vendor delivery
- •Define and police strict API and file interface specifications
- •Design automated smoke tests and code quality checks
- •Architect technical security wrappers for legacy onboarding systems
- •Implement technical checks to automate data reconciliation
- •Govern CI/CD deployment pipeline standards for all teams
- •Lead root cause analysis during complex cross-vendor outages
- •Build technical observability for BCBS 239 and DORA compliance
- •Enforce an API-first design pattern for future AI integration
- •Prototype critical decisions to validate target architecture feasibility
