Requirements

  • Experience in Lead, Integration, or DevSecOps
  • Management of external development teams
  • Knowledge of API Gateways and Identity Management
  • Experience with AWS and Linux environments
  • Experience with security scanning and vulnerability management
  • Understanding of complex data flows
  • Experience in Banking or Finance environments
  • Business fluent English and German advantage

Tasks

  • Act as the technical governor for the credit cards tribe
  • Enforce engineering rigor and define vendor quality gates
  • Bridge solution architecture with actual vendor delivery
  • Define and police strict API and file interface specifications
  • Design automated smoke tests and code quality checks
  • Architect technical security wrappers for legacy onboarding systems
  • Implement technical checks to automate data reconciliation
  • Govern CI/CD deployment pipeline standards for all teams
  • Lead root cause analysis during complex cross-vendor outages
  • Build technical observability for BCBS 239 and DORA compliance
  • Enforce an API-first design pattern for future AI integration
  • Prototype critical decisions to validate target architecture feasibility
