Requirements

  • Education in Business Administration, IT, or SAP & process consulting experience
  • Enjoyment of direct collaboration with business for process adaptations
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience
  • Passion for finding and implementing business solutions
  • Hands-on mentality, SAP customizing knowledge, ABAP competence (optional)
  • Good communication skills for stakeholder negotiation
  • Very good German and English skills

Tasks

  • Coordinate and supervise internal and external supplier resources
  • Ensure continuous improvement and compliance
  • Design and execute internal controls for O2C and P2P processes
  • Lead a team of SAP SD/MM experts
  • Fulfill service requests within agreed SLAs
  • Collaborate with functions to deliver tailored SAP SD/MM solutions
  • Engineer requirements with key-users from business functions
  • Contribute to project execution and resource availability
  • Support strategic development of Machine Automation SAP landscape

  • Bachelor's degree
