Requirements

  • Commercial or technical education in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering
  • Several years of experience in operational or strategic purchasing, ideally in industrial environment
  • Strong expertise in price and contract negotiations with international suppliers
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Analytical mindset with good understanding of business processes and KPIs
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team spirit
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

  • Conduct inquiries and tenders
  • Perform market analyses
  • Negotiate prices and contracts
  • Manage quantity contracts
  • Handle delivery schedules
  • Coordinate logistics agreements
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Track lead times
  • Analyze price developments
  • Manage PCN/EOL topics
  • Act as interface between production planning and order management
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
  • Ensure stable supply chain
  • Perform operational purchasing activities
  • Maintain master data
  • Handle complaints
