Requirements

  • •Degree in agricultural sciences with commercial experience and strategic thinking
  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience in portfolio, sales, or consulting roles within the agricultural industry
  • •Strong expertise in specialty crops and related input products
  • •Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams or cross-functional projects
  • •Excellent command of English; knowledge of German, Hungarian, and/or Romanian is a strong asset
  • •High level of initiative, structured working style, and solution-oriented mindset
  • •Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with intercultural competence
  • •Willingness to travel up to 50% across the core regions
  • •Confident user of MS Office and data analysis tools
