Requirements

  • •Degree (PhD preferred) in Life Science, Biotechnology, (Bio-) Chemistry, or related field
  • •Minimum 4 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
  • •Proven leadership skills
  • •Expertise in downstream processing, protein characterization, and/or formulation development
  • •Solid understanding of GxP principles, laboratory methodologies, and regulatory processes
  • •Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills
  • •Proficient in German and English (oral + written)

Master's degree
OR
Doctoral / PhD

Tasks

  • •Lead and mentor a team of scientists and lab technicians
  • •Drive and oversee multiple projects on blood plasma products
  • •Provide technical expertise throughout the product lifecycle
  • •Manage lab operations and organizational activities

  • •Prepare and present reports and project updates to stakeholders
  • •Collaborate with Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Manufacturing
