- •Minimum 5 years professional experience in SC
- •Understanding of E2E SC and expert Planning knowledge
- •Success leading projects and project management certification
- •High computer literacy in MS Office, SAP, and Kinaxis
- •Fluency in English and advantageous German skills
- •Design thinking, innovation methodologies, and change management expertise
- •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- •Ability to challenge processes and introduce innovation
- •Willingness to travel up to 10%
- •Ability to learn quickly and creative thinking
