Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Manager
- Previous experience in technical recruiting (Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers)
- Experience in sourcing candidates actively via LinkedIn and other channels
- Experience with Personio or similar ATS
Tasks
- Own the full talent pipeline
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and tech communities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Conduct interviews
- Negotiate offers
- Coordinate smooth onboarding
- Automate and improve recruitment processes
- Track recruitment metrics
