Requirements
- •3-5 years experience in IT support
- •Strong knowledge of identity management tools (Okta preferred), Jamf, and Google Workspace (GWS essential)
- •Experience managing macOS or Linux operating systems in enterprise
- •Experience with Atlassian, Github, and managing API integrations
- •Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or Bash
- •Strong communication skills and solution-oriented mindset
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
