- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols (AOS-CX, TCP/IP, VLANs)
- Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (Proxmox, Docker, Docker Swarm)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, particularly with GitLab CI/CD
- Strong Linux server administration skills, especially with Ubuntu
- Experience configuring reverse proxies like Nginx and Traefik
- Knowledge of NAS management, particularly TrueNAS
- Experience with log management and analysis using the Elastic Stack
- Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Hamburg
Tasks
- Design and maintain secure network infrastructure
- Provide multi-tiered technical support for infrastructure issues
- Deploy and manage virtualization and containerization platforms
- Implement Infrastructure as Code practices for consistent deployments
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software delivery
- Administer and secure Linux servers for performance and availability
- Configure and optimize reverse proxy solutions for web applications
- Manage NAS systems for reliable data storage and backups
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for infrastructure health
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance system reliability
- Document infrastructure components and operational procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements
