Tasks

- Support a small team’s activities
- Lead projects from start to finish
- Coach and mentor junior and new team members
- Ensure workplace tech functionality (network, Wi-Fi, Internet, meeting rooms, tech equipment)
- Provide technical assistance with hardware and software
- Create and maintain tips and tricks in Confluence
- Manage the IT warehouse
- Set up and remove technical equipment
- Manage over 400 workstations, both onsite and remotely
- Ensure computer and network security
- Offer daily support and hands-on assistance to colleagues and teams
