Requirements
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar payroll role
- •Strong expertise in SAP HR and SAP Payroll; knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage
- •Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security and taxes
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
- •Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- •Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset
- •Proactive, with a continuous improvement approach
- •Highly organized, flexible, and collaborative team player
- •Fluent in English and French; German is a plus
- •Previous experience in accounting, audit, mobility, or compensation and benefits is an asset

- •Execute monthly payroll tasks in SAP
- •Perform data entry and calculations
- •Conduct pre- and post-payroll audits
- •Generate payment files and monthly reports
- •Prepare yearly reports and manage system interfaces
- •Liaise with the external HR shared service center
- •Manage data related to working time recording
- •Respond to employee inquiries about remuneration
- •Address questions regarding taxation and child benefits
- •Monitor SAP payroll developments
- •Recommend process improvements
- •Maintain employee profiles in SuccessFactors
- •Ensure compliance with social insurance and tax reporting
- •Contribute to budgeting and salary review processes
- •Assist with yearly bonus payouts
- •Participate in various HR projects and initiatives
