Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or IT consulting
  • •Proven leadership experience managing consulting teams and delivering complex transformation programs
  • •Deep understanding of enterprise IT, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and data ecosystems
  • •Strong track record in client development, sales, and revenue growth
  • •Industry expertise in Consumer Products & Retail, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Luxury/Watchmaking
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German or French (minimum C1 level required)
  • •Entrepreneurial mindset, high emotional intelligence, and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment

Tasks

  • •Lead and grow a high-performing team of approximately 20 consultants
  • •Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration
  • •Drive strategic client engagements on technology transformation topics
  • •Advise on CIO and IT strategy
  • •Develop AI platform and embedded AI product strategies
  • •Manage IT Operating Model (ITOM) and IT Performance Management
  • •Oversee IT M&A and post-merger integration
  • •Shape hyperscaler partner ecosystem strategy
  • •Ensure data-driven ESG reporting and regulatory alignment
  • •Execute the Swiss go-to-market strategy in alignment with leadership
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • •Drive sales and business growth to meet headcount and revenue targets
  • •Contribute to thought leadership and IP development
