Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Extensive experience in financial strategy, investor relations, or market communications, preferably in pharma, life sciences, or management consulting
- Strong background in consulting or corporate strategy
- Proven ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights and market narratives
- Track record of executive-level business partnering
- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to internal and external audiences
- Experience managing international finance teams
- Experience managing global planning cycles
- Strong command of financial systems
- Strong command of reporting tools
- Strong command of data modelling best practices
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Additional languages are a plus
- International mindset
- Experience working in multinational environments
- Experience working in cross-cultural environments
Tasks
- Partner with CFO and EVP Global FP&A on financial presentations
- Manage external presentations and messaging for investors and analysts
- Develop compelling financial narratives for market communications and M&A
- Lead global FP&A function for strategic alignment and value creation
- Drive annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes
- Identify and track key performance indicators for business accountability
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of six
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance Business Partnering and Global Business Controlling
- Optimize global financial data model and reporting tools
- Champion finance tech strategy for modernization and transformation
