Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- Significant relevant professional experience in similar role, ideally in life sciences/pharmaceutical sector or public company
- Experience in international environment
- Experience in Group FP&A environment
- Strong financial modelling skillset
- Strong Power BI skills
- Experience with IFS, SAP, and Cognos a plus
- Business fluent English, German a plus, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tasks
- Update group revenue forecast monthly
- Collaborate with Business Controlling, Business Development, and Operations
- Support Power BI roll-out for FP&A
- Prepare annual revenue budgets
- Create rolling revenue forecasts
- Develop mid/long-range revenue plans
- Maintain financial scenario models
- Analyze monthly forecast vs actuals
- Coordinate monthly Management Board reporting
- Improve group KPI reporting
- Track book to bill, utilization, and other key metrics
Work Experience

- Bachelor's degree
