- Advanced Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or long-term experience
- Minimum 4 years in Indirect Procurement
- Proven experience in sourcing and procurement (RFX, benchmarking, negotiations)
- Solid knowledge of category management and Source-to-Contract processes
- Experience with procurement systems and standards
- Ability to apply commercial methods (TCO, negotiations) for stakeholder decisions
- Experience within sustainability framework and reporting

Tasks
- Act as a trusted business partner for strategic procurement
- Provide insights and recommendations for fact-based decisions
- Engage early with budget owners to optimize value
- Proactively connect with stakeholders to shape procurement approaches
- Maintain collaboration with Finance and Legal for aligned plans
- Communicate procurement's value contribution clearly and consistently
- Conduct market research for indirect products and services
- Analyze pricing, availability, and supplier dynamics
- Identify spend opportunities and define priorities
- Develop and improve category strategies
- Drive annual and ad-hoc category strategy refreshes
- Design structured plans for large initiatives and tenders
- Liaise with stakeholders for strategic sourcing and negotiations
- Define goals and negotiation tactics
- Lead or participate in tender processes and supplier negotiations
- Ensure transparent and fact-based decision-making
- Maintain documentation from intake to contract handover
- Identify and onboard suitable suppliers
- Share supplier management practices with departments
- Participate in supplier meetings to drive innovation
- Run regular supplier performance and risk reviews
- Embed ESG requirements in procurement activities
- Ensure compliance with HQ procurement standards
- Support governance compliance across buying activities
- Enhance spend, supplier, and contract transparency
- Develop and improve reporting and dashboards
