Tasks
- Partner with internal stakeholders on strategic procurement
- Provide insights and recommendations for fact-based decisions
- Engage early with budget owners using commercial methodologies
- Maximize budget value through scenario analyses and structured negotiations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape procurement strategies
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and improvement opportunities
- Communicate the value of Strategic Procurement Media
- Identify and define strategic sourcing initiatives
- Set sourcing objectives and negotiation strategies
- Lead or contribute to tenders and supplier negotiations
- Ensure transparent, fact-based decisions in sourcing
- Execute sourcing initiatives according to procurement standards
- Embed ESG requirements in procurement processes
- Align with global guidelines and promote ESG principles
- Implement the standard supplier management framework
- Identify and qualify suppliers for media business needs
- Optimize the digital supplier portfolio
- Develop and execute supplier strategies
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance
- Lead supplier transitions and transformation initiatives
- Drive innovation across the supplier landscape
- Manage strategic procurement projects end-to-end
- Steer cross-functional project teams
- Define project structures, milestones, and success metrics
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and changes
- Ensure measurable value and provide updates to senior management
- Analyze procurement and spend data
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
- Translate data into actionable recommendations
- Propose optimization initiatives for the supply base
- Support projects with fact-based analyses
- Monitor key procurement KPIs for continuous improvement
