Strategic Pricing Manager(m/w/x)

- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams
- Curious, proactive, and commercially minded mindset
- Comfort challenging assumptions with data
- Detail-oriented approach
- Ability to assess broader strategic impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or comparable discipline
- Encouraged to apply even with partial experience
Tasks
- Define and develop pricing strategy across product lines, markets, segments, and channels
- Translate business strategy into clear price architectures, guardrails, and approval thresholds
- Set price positioning based on customer value, clinical outcomes, competitive dynamics, and growth goals
- Support pricing decisions for new products, software, services, and lifecycle offerings
- Co-own pricing governance, including exception handling and approval workflows
- Manage list prices, discounts, customer-specific pricing, and annual price updates
- Monitor compliance with pricing policies and maintain an auditable decision trail
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership on complex deals and strategic opportunities
- Build scenario models for price, volume, mix, margin, and contract terms
- Shape proposals and commercial packages that articulate value and protect profitability
- Lead pricing analytics with dashboards, reports, and insights on margin and performance
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for business reviews
- Lead pricing programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Standardize pricing methodologies, playbooks, training, and decision routines
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in a matrix organization
