Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years software sales experience
- Native English speaker and UK resident
- Success in scaling strategic accounts
- Experience in Automotive, Food, or Pharma
- Experience in OT or cybersecurity environments
- Knowledge of OT, cybersecurity, or GRC
- Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related
- Familiarity with leading security frameworks
- Experience in start-up or scale-up
- Existing network within UK/Ireland manufacturing
Tasks
- Develop long-term strategic account plans
- Build trust-based relationships with C-level and technical stakeholders
- Identify cross-sell and upsell growth opportunities
- Acquire new customers in manufacturing and infrastructure
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting and manage leads
- Manage pipeline creation, forecasting, and deal execution
- Deliver remote and on-site solution demonstrations
- Articulate value propositions for OT and cybersecurity
- Monitor the competitive landscape and position solutions
- Partner with marketing, presales, and product teams
- Ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience
- Contribute customer insights to the product roadmap
