Requirements
- •PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or related field
- •At least 10 years of practical experience in EMI simulation in power electronics, including AI/machine learning methods
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Strong understanding of Electromagnetic Compatibility and Power Electronics
- •Proficient in circuit and 3D EM simulation, Python, MATLAB
- •Leadership personality
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills
- •Collaborative, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- •Fluency in English; German is an advantage

- •Predict EMI behavior of power electronic circuits
- •Simplify EMI simulations and reduce computational costs
- •Apply machine learning to optimize circuits and systems

- •Collaborate closely with team members on research
- •Strategically plan and build new partnerships
- •Serve as technical lead and advisor to the team
- •Set up funding collaborations and write proposals
- •Publish research results in peer-reviewed conferences and journals
