Requirements
- •Stakeholder management and indirect procurement experience
- •Procurement skills in supplier relationships, expediting, prioritizing, negotiating deliveries, and analyzing supplier performance
- •Strong customer service orientation and excellent analytic, interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills
- •Highly experienced in SAP/Ariba and S2P processes
- •Prior cGMP experience in biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or medical device industry
- •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Icertis contract management
- •Positive, collaborative approach to problem solving and teamwork
- •Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks effectively
- •High degree of independence and ability to communicate at senior leadership level
- •Proactive, creative, and analytic approach to continuous improvement in procurement services
- •Thrives in a fast-paced environment and proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks
- •Minimum Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Biomedical or Pharmaceutical Science
- •Minimum 10 years of work experience in Procurement or related Supplier management role
- •Understanding of overall procurement operations related to OSD manufacturing
- •Ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients, or business partners

- •Lead local sourcing efforts for related categories
- •Align with the manufacturing network strategy and initiatives
- •Partner closely with the site management team
- •Engage cross-functionally within the GPS network for benchmarking and value optimization
- •Manage suppliers to support continuity of current activities, products, and services
- •Engage with site stakeholders and global teams
- •Implement global projects and processes at the site
- •Drive standardization and cost savings through alternate sourcing of materials
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to understand material and service consumption
- •Monitor supplier deliveries and deadlines
- •Negotiate and conduct operational reviews with suppliers
- •Investigate and resolve issues like invoice discrepancies and damages
- •Manage CDAs, LOIs, SOWs, and MSAs across the site and network
- •Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for supplier performance
- •Serve as the primary contact for pricing and supplier relationship management
- •Achieve metrics including value beyond savings and cost avoidances
- •Lead Supplier Relationship Management programs
- •Develop and execute regional sub-category strategies with category leads
- •Oversee the annual budget process for site operations
- •Support cGMP or Finance audit activities as needed
- •Identify local suppliers and best practices for global initiatives
