- Install and configure hardware, software, network systems
- Diagnose and resolve OT system incidents
- Prioritize and manage service requests
- Escalate service requests as needed
- Support infrastructure and application projects
- Administer user access and identity management
- Ensure security and compliance
- Deliver end-user training
- Maintain system documentation
- Contribute to system stabilization
- Drive continuous improvement
