- Translate requirements into scalable IT/OT solutions
- Define and maintain domain-specific processes, policies, and standards
- Support and lead IT projects from planning to execution
- Customize and optimize existing OT systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Train key users and stakeholders
- Analyze complex technical issues
- Deliver effective and sustainable solutions
- Generate reports and insights for decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement with new technologies and best practices
