Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of HR main processes
  • Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • ANDRITZ IT Tools
  • English language (mandatory)
  • Spanish language (good to have)
  • Bachelor in human resources related fields
  • MBA/Master in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • HRBP experience/knowledge
  • Experience in multinational companies
  • Interactions in a global/multicultural level
  • Engineering and Manufacturing industry experience
  • Hydropower sector experience
  • Availability for travels

Tasks

  • Support key transactional and operational HR processes
  • Collaborate with local HR teams across regions
  • Contribute to global HR initiatives
  • Support all transactional processes for Global HR and Local HR teams
  • Collaborate with HR Hydropower teams worldwide
  • Follow up on global demands and required information
  • Coordinate HY Expat Management for Extended Management Team and key positions
  • Support local HR teams in Global Mobility processes
  • Coordinate performance management for Extended Management Team and B Company Managing Directors
  • Support global training sessions promoted by HY HR Team
  • Implement global HY action plans related to 1ANDRITZway and Employee Engagement

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
