- 8+ years in Operational Excellence, Lean Management, or Industrial Performance
- Proven leadership in complex, multi-site, or matrix organizations
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, CI methodologies, and OpEx systems
- Hands-on, implementation-driven mindset with strategic thinking
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management in international environments
Tasks
- Implement global OpEx strategy within the division
- Drive sustainable performance improvement
- Lead Divisional OpEx team
- Act as key link between Group OpEx and divisional operations
- Embed culture of continuous improvement across sites
- Translate global OpEx strategy into divisional performance agenda
- Align with Divisional COOs and site leaders
- Ensure strategic alignment, governance, and transparency
- Set defined targets, milestones, and progress reviews
- Drive leadership engagement and change initiatives
- Strengthen ownership and continuous improvement culture
- Coach and develop Divisional OpEx team
- Focus on key OpEx dimensions (Lean, TPM, Digital Transformation)
- Roll out and sustain OpEx frameworks across multiple sites and geographies
- Collaborate with Group OpEx experts
- Act as sparring partner for senior operations leadership
- Support sites in problem-solving
- Conduct loss analysis
- Optimize value streams
