- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a channel or partner environment
- Strong sales mindset and customer orientation
- Knowledge of IT services or as-a-service models is an advantage
- Structured and independent working, result and closing orientation
- Professional proficiency in German and English
Tasks
- Build and develop Solutions & Services business
- Focus on mid-market and SMB customers
- Identify and activate service potential
- Engage and support partners and customers
- Scale infrastructure and client services through the channel
- Sell services portfolio to SMB and mid-market segments
- Expand services pipeline systematically
- Support development and execution of service models
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Managers and Partner Managers
- Work closely with internal technical and service specialists
- Participate in customer and partner meetings as a trusted advisor
- Develop and implement services growth plans with channel partners
- Collaborate with internal channel teams on growth strategies
