  • Build and develop Solutions & Services business
  • Focus on mid-market and SMB customers
  • Identify and activate service potential
  • Engage and support partners and customers
  • Scale infrastructure and client services through the channel
  • Sell services portfolio to SMB and mid-market segments
  • Expand services pipeline systematically
  • Support development and execution of service models
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Managers and Partner Managers
  • Work closely with internal technical and service specialists
  • Participate in customer and partner meetings as a trusted advisor
  • Develop and implement services growth plans with channel partners
  • Collaborate with internal channel teams on growth strategies
